How to Conduct a Lunch & Learn Sprint 1Million Project How to Conduct a Lunch & Learn Lunch and Learns can be effective promotional tools by allowing students to ask questions regarding the project. During lunch time, place a table in a common area that is frequented by students. Designated staff member can man the table and hand out materials. Have copies of the Sprint 1Million Project informational brochure and parent consent form available. You may want to display a sample of the Sprint phone available for distribution at your school. Phones are not to be distributed at the Lunch & Learn. It is only to provide information to students. The accompanying flyer can be modified with your school’s date and time for the scheduled Lunch & Learn and posted on bulletin boards and classrooms throughout the school. The Lunch & Learns can also be advertised through morning announcements.
