All records, files, documents and other materials containing information directly related to a student; and maintained by our district. Mediums include but are not limited to handwriting, videotape, audiotape, electronic or computer files, film, print, microfilm, and microfiche. Examples

Parents (usually), students upon turning 18, legitimate educational interest, employees for the purpose of providing FAPE. Record of access in yellow folders must be signed.
