Tuition is FREE* for BC residents who are Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, Refugees, or have a work permit (1 year or more), and who have a plan for graduation. *Effective May, 2012 BC graduates may have to pay tuition, depending on the course. Eng 11 & 12, Com 11 & 12, Biol 11 & 12, Math 11 & 12, Physics 11 & 12, Chemistry 11 & 12 and all Adult Foundation courses will be FREE.
