Three Religious Ages

1st Row Patriarchal Age Name Patriarch means “father” – God dealt with the head of the family, the father

Mosaical Age Named for Moses, the law giver

Christian Age Named for Christ

2nd Row Patriarchal Age Covered in Genesis 1:1 to Exodus 20

Mosaical Age Covered in Exodus 20 to Acts 2 [Some say Exodus 20 to cross of Christ – Actually the first Gospel sermon to be preached in the name of the risen Christ was in Acts 2]

Christian Age Covered in Acts 2 through Revelation

3rd Row Patriarchal Age Lasted about 2500 years

Mosaical Age Lasted about 1500 years

Christian Age Will last from Pentecost of Acts 2 until the return of Christ
