Licensing Model for Office365 Forms and Flow Office365 Forms and Flow is available for the following subscriptions: Business Essentials Business Premium and Enterprise E1, E3, and E5 plans. It also is available for Enterprise E4 customers before their plan retired.

What Is Office365 Forms? Office365 Forms is a simple, lightweight app that lets you easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls. In educational institutions, it can be used to create quizzes, collect feedback from teachers and parents, or plan class and staff activities. In business organizations, it can be used to collect customer feedback, measure employee satisfaction, improve your product or business, or organize company events.
Who can use Office365 Forms? Microsoft Forms is generally available in all Office 365 Education suite licensing: Office 365 Education, Office 365 Education Plus, and Office 365 Education E5, as well as existing customers who purchased E3 prior to its retirement. Microsoft Forms is available in Preview in the following Office 365 commercial suites: Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium, and Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, and E5 plans. Microsoft Forms is also available to existing Office 365 Enterprise E4 customers who purchased E4 before its retirement.

Quick Facts You can receive up to 5,000 responses. If you require more, we recommend exporting existing responses to an Excel workbook, and then clearing these from your survey or quiz. This will enable you to collect more responses once cleared. You can create and share a link to allow others to reuse surveys or quizzes you have created. Microsoft Forms is available to use on desktop and mobile browsers, ensuring a broad audience can respond to your survey or quiz without having to download a separate app. Microsoft Forms is optimized for Internet Explorer 10+, Edge, Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version), Chrome on Android (latest version), and Safari on iOS (latest version). Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States and Europe. All data is located in the United States, except for European-based tenants who started using Microsoft Forms after May 2017. Their data is stored on servers in Europe. This is not the end for InfoPath.
The Benefits of Forms It is easy to use and configure quiz, survey to collect the data. Also, it has the capability to generate a report using real-time analytics. It’s easy to integrate with other Office 365 services. Microsoft Forms can be customized and embedded on any other web page, blogger website. Microsoft Forms can be shared with anonymous users to collect data. Also, results can be shared. It has features to modified and delete forms data easily. It allows creating duplicate forms using existing one Microsoft Forms data is secure as it follows Office 365 compliance rules.
Forms connector for Flow Get Notifications Using Forms and Flow, you can receive email, push or text notifications when new survey responses are submitted. You can also notify your team by posting the response to your channel on Teams, Yammer or Slack.
Forms connector for Flow Collect Data You can route the response to your favorite database service or create a new record in Google Sheet or Excel.
Forms connector for Flow Act You can create workflows to automate tasks based on the information received from a user (the responder). For example, imagine that you create a leave form for folks to submit a time off request. Now you can setup an approval flow that will send an email to management each time a request is submitted. They can then approve or reject this request to process your leave.
