Donation pages need… A gateway(s) Supporter fields Just like any other page does Some gateways need Country as 2 or 3 digit code Card donation fields Amount, credit card number, card holder name, CVV, expiry date & gateway-specific fields, e.g. Payment Type, Currency Recurring donation fields Recurring payment = Y, frequency, start date Sort code & account number for PDD Gift Aid Tagged field - checkbox with value Y Some fields, e.g. Currency, can be hidden Gift Aid can be a question but recommend you use the tagged Tax Deductible field. Then, when you export donations from this page you will see either a "Y" or an "N" in the column "Campaign data 14".

Troubleshooting donation pages Is Gateway set up correctly? Check supporter record’s donation transaction for error description & other data Check values sent to gateway match their specific format, e.g. Country http://support.engagingnetworks.net/fundraising/gateways Check log within gateway itself Get support (us and/or gateway) Test vs Live gateways. Worldpay needs IPs whitelisted, and to have Invisible XML enabled Is amount too much for gateway? Is credit card expired? Check our support site They can provide more information sometimes And always test!
