Log Into HITS Access the system by going to https://hits.escuritel.com Enter the user name and password assigned to you
Go To HITS Customer Central Screen Scroll over to “CLAIMS” on the navigation rail, and then click on “CUSTOMER CENTRAL” in sub-navigation
What is Customer Central? HITS Customer Central is the one-stop information portal for subscriber coverage. With Customer Central, you will be able to: Validate device coverage Lookup claims history Find deductibles on covered equipment Lookup handset history Review notes history Review escalation history Track shipping for replacements on approved claims (when applicable)
Locate the Subscriber 1. To search for a subscriber, click the magnifying glass in the Subscriber Detail section of the screen. 2. Enter the subscriber’s MDN. Then click Search.
Authenticate the Subscriber Once the subscriber loads, authenticate the information and click the checkbox.
Click on the Claim ID Number #4 - Claim History: Click on the Claim ID number to view the Claim Detail screen.
Click on the Tracking Number Claim Detail Pop-Up: You can review the Loss Description and check Shipping Status (when applicable). Click on the Tracking Number link to track shipments. Tracking number: The tracking number links directly to the UPS Database. In this example, the package has been delivered.
