What is this cycle called? What makes rain?

The continuous process by which water is circulated throughout the earth and the atmosphere through evaporation, condensation, precipitation, and the transpiration of plants and animals. Also called hydrologic cycle. What is the Water Cycle?

Get into 6 groups of 4 maybe a group of 5 depending on numbers. Your group needs to research the stage I give you. We will recreate the cycle and each group will present their findings of their stage or to the group. ONE RULE – Each student in the group needs to presents something. Question to investigate: Define your stage What role does this stage play in the cycle? Which stage benefits your groups stage. What elements could affect your stage (e.g. human impact)? Research Task

Transpiration – is the process by which moisture is carried through plants from roots to small pores on the underside of leaves where it changes to vapour and is released to the atmosphere. Ground Water – is water that is located below the earth’s surface. Surface Water – water that collects on the surface of the ground. Extra Terms

What element is present in every organism including humans? What is this cycle called? What element is present in every organism including humans?

The combined processes including photosynthesis, decomposition, and respiration, by which carbon as a component of various compounds cycles between its major elements —the atmosphere, oceans, and living organisms. The Carbon Cycle

Photosynthesis – is the process by which plants make their own food. Respiration – The process that all living things go through to create energy they need to live. Cells take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. Decomposition – Is the process by which organic substance are broken down into a much simpler form of matter. Extra Terms
