William Tecumseh Sherman Sherman used a Scorched Earth Policy when it came to the south Burned all the barns and homes of people that would fight back Stole food and livestock from the peaceful farmers Strategy was used to cripple the Southern Economy. Consisted of Total War- Fighting Everywhere.
