Designated Leader Takes responsibility for the group and guides it towards it’s goals. Determines how group reaches it’s goals.

Active Followership Supports and follows D.L. Participates in group decision-making giving input and seeks clarity

Peer Leadership Team works together and supports each other in achieving goals See what needs to be done and does it.
