EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS In this presentation I will tell you about 3 extreme environments. First will be a Polar climate and then a Rainforest and finally i will show you a Savanna. After all of that i will compare them and show how they are different. It will show you how climates are different all around the world.

NORTH POLE This is an Arctic Hare It is the Northernmost point on earth and it is on the opposite side of the south pole. The temperature of the North Pole today reaches -18 degrees centigrade tonight and in the day it reaches -14 degrees centigrade. The Fauna in the north pole are animals like Polar Bears, Arctic Hares and Musk Oxen. The animals that live in them climates are animals with lots of fur to keep warm in the harsh winters. There are also water animals like seals and orcas.

THE AMAZON RAINFOREST The amazon rainforest is the largest rainforest in the world and coveres 1.4 billion acres. 10 percent of the worlds insects live in the amazon and 20 percent of the worlds birds have been found there

SAHARA DESERT The Sahara desert is home to some of the rarest animals like the desert fox. The climate in the Sahara desert is dry because it is that hot. The Sahara desert is mostly sand so that makes it harder to travel as well.
