MASTERColour CDM Elite 4200K Crisp Cool light with Elite sparkle… Introducing MASTERColour CDM Elite 4200K MASTERColour CDM-T / TC Elite 35W/942 and 70W/942 Concise technical datasheet

CDM-T /TC Elite 35W&70W/942 – preliminary technical data Features MASTERColour CDM Elite 942 lamps are based on the latest Elite technology and bring the following improvements compared to standard CDM 4200K: visible more and cleaner white red rendering: visible deeper red lumen output: +10%...+15% lumen maintenance: up to +33% lifetime +25% (= +3.000hrs) new generation Elite lamps fit in existing luminaires(*) and can run on EM gear Benefits Elite 942 brings a unique combination of: - Excellent quality of light - Lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) high punch and cool sparkle create white as you have never seen white before makes metallic and icy objects look incredible sparkling quick market introduction with existing luminaires is possible long life and high efficacy make outdoor applications extra attractive (*) in some cases existing reflectors might need some adaption to get maximum LOR and optimal light distribution. CDM-T /TC Elite 35W&70W/942 – preliminary technical data Frequently asked questions When will the new lamps be available? The new Elite 942 lamps will become available from October 1st 2011 onwards. Will CDM 942 continue to exist? Yes, we will keep CDM 942 lamps in the portfolio. Can this new Elite generation also run on Electromagnetic (EM) gear? Yes, the new CDM-T Elite 942 lamps can run on both EL and EM gear (35W and 70W). Will performance be different on EM gear? We foresee less performance on EM gear in lumen maintenance and efficacy when we compare EL with EM gear. So far 12.000hrs is proven on EM gear. Target is 15.000hrs. What is the benefit of relamping standard CDM with the new Elite generation? Elite 942 lamps perform substantially better than normal CDM 942. See table below. Relamping from normal CDM 942 to Elite 942 gives more light (up to +15%) with superior maintenance (up to +33%), longer lifetime (+25%) and makes red look visibly better(*). Will Elite 942 also become available in the energy saving versions 50W and 100W? Yes, we are preparing an introduction of Elite 942 50W and 100W in 2012. (*) in some cases existing reflectors might need some adaption to get maximum LOR and optimal light distribution.
