The ETAP Methodology Define the problem(s) Establish a clear vision for the IIS Engage senior leadership and other stakeholders Develop a concrete, realistic plan Stakeholder meeting Environmental scan; define the problem or problems. Establish a clear vision: Any authorized user anywhere in the state of _______ can immediately obtain comprehensive immunization information on any ______ child. Agree on roles, key tasks and timeline to address problems Establish a clear vision Concrete, realistic plan: 2-year business plan, strategic plan, transition plan Stakeholder meetings to faciliate input into the plan and build buy-in to the outcome

Enhanced Technical Assistance Project Impact on Children Aged <6 Years Participating* in an IIS - CA, KS, PA, VA - 2003-07 ETAP ETAP ETAP ETAP Earliest projects. Data through 2007. These are the results achieved by the projects from 2003-2007.
