PROJECT TITLE: HOW TO GET AGRICULTURAL WORKING WOMEN IN THE NET OF SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME IN PAKISTAN MADE BY SAJIDA FARNAM MADE BY SAJIDA FARNAM BACK GROUND:- IN OUR SOCIETY WE ARE IN A MALE DOMINATING SOCIETY . WOMEN ARE PLAYING A GREAT ROLE IN OUR WHOLE SOCIETY BUT THEY ARE STILL IN A BACK GROUND IN ALL AREAS. IN AGRICULTURE WOMEN WORKERS ARE DOING GREAT JOB. THEY DOING ALL HER BEST BUT FINACILLY NOT SECURE IN THE SOCIETY SHE HAVE NO COMPANSET OF ANY KIND .SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO JOIN ANY SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME. SO WE DO THIS IMPOTANTANT CAUSE FOR AGRICULTURAL WORKING WOMEN

TARGET GROUP. AGRICULTURE WORKING WOMOMEN IN SINDH (DHATTA, MIRPURKHAS DISTRICT) OBJECTIVE. TO COLLECT THEM IN A CIRCLE WHERE THEY WILL ORGANIZE ACTIVITY. 1. WE GO TO TRADE UNION LEADER OF AGRICULTRE AND TALK WITH HIM ABOUT PROJECT. 2. GET INVOLVED AGRICULTRE WORKING WOMEN IN THOSE ARES WHICH WE SELECTED BY AWARENESS COMPAIGNS IN THEIR LOCAL AREAS. 3. WE WILL REALIZE THEM THAT THEY HAVE RIGHT TO GET SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS FOR THEIR BETTER FUTURE AND EMPOWERMENT. 4.UNIONISE THEM AND ORGANIZE THEM FOR GIVING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLLS ALSO. 5. IN MONTHLY BASIS WE GAVE THEM A WORKSHOP WHERE SPEAKERS COME FROM ANY SOCIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST AND ACTIVATE TRADE UNION LEADERS IN THIS AREA FOR SHARRING THAIR EXPERIENCES.
