Nepal employment situation update…… Increased foreign employment by women:0.19% in 2007 to 5.9% in 2012. Cases of violence in workplace is common Though decent work is an agenda, hardly followed by employers and monitored by government Women are less paid to men Loan sharks are still prevalent and they charge high rate of interest.
