The New PPX Brand for Licensees At Execupay we use custom branding internally, as well as for our channel partners. Part of the work we’ve done to make this possible was used to create the new brand being presented today. This year we (meaning our amazing marketing team) made a big push to unify our online presence, much of which you’ve seen. …Execupay.com, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. None of which directly impacts our licensees, with the exception of the work that was done in our joint project between Marketing and Development on a re-branding of Platinumpay Xpress and Platinumpay Pro.

The New PPX Brand for Licensees Back in 2012 when we released Platinumpay Xpress… An image could be added with some difficulty & Execupay’s assistance A handful of primary colors could be chosen from Last year… We offered the custom branding to everyone our conference attendees for FREE! Crickets… Today – We’re upgrading everyone for free! Crisp new look and feel! Custom Colors – Exactly match your own brand Custom images for your logo, and a side-bar advertisement on the login screen can be stored anywhere on the Internet and configured within your Execupay database with zero technical know-how required! Custom banner text can be added to the top of the login page via a simple change within your Execupay database, again, with zero technical know- how Get your Sales line and email address right up there in front of prospects!

Manual Checks Although this feature is for everyone, it’s functionality will be covered during the PlatinumPay Pro presentation. Much like Execupay and PlatinumPay, the manual check functionality is tied in tightly with Check Details.

Off-Period Payrolls Initially a ‘Pro Only’ feature, we did some market research and decided that everyone needs this to remain competitive in the marketplace. The off-period payroll is designed to allow the client to run a payroll out of sequence from the norm. This payroll will only include items specifically selected to run with off-period payrolls. Unlike PlatinumPay, this process will create a Calendar Item in order to allow PlatinumPay Xpress/Pro to create the associated PowerGrid.
