It is mainly referred in LEED EA Credits Minimum and Optimum Energy Performance. Projects should comply with mandatory requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 and should demonstrate atleast 5% reduction is energy cost compared to base line energy cost. Energy Simulation has to be performed as per Appendix G of ASHRAE standard. ASHRAE 90.1 is also addressed Sustainable Sites credit Light Pollution Reduction.
