ACM Removals Ltd Class A Asbestos Removal Class B Asbestos Removal Includes preparation of asbestos removal area and removal site, isolation of removal site, friable removal process, decontamination process, clean up of work site and following documentation. Class B Asbestos Removal Includes preparation of asbestos removal area and removal site, isolation of removal site, non-friable removal process, decontamination process, clean up of work site and following documentation. Asbestos Encapsulation Asbestos encapsulation refers to the treatment of asbestos containing materials with sealants. These sealants then surround the asbestos fibres, thus preventing them from being released. Asbestos Surveys The asbestos survey will identify the location, type, extent and condition of any asbestos containing materials, and provide recommendations for their management. Demolition Providing project solutions for all facets of demolition and deconstruction works, with every aspect of the demolition process carefully considered. Protocols are in place to promote a safe work environment with consideration of potential hazards of the demolition industry. Asbestos Disposal Disposal of asbestos is usually a part of our asbestos removal process, but we also provide pick up and disposal of asbestos from sites.

To meet this commitment ACM Removals Ltd will: Ensure that all practices and procedures relating to our scope of work conform to the Health and Safety at Work(Asbestos) Regulations 2016, OHSAS 18001:2007 Standard, Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016, WorkSafe Approved Code of Practice for Management and Removal of Asbestos, WorkSafe Asbestos - New Zealand Guidelines for the Management and Removal of Asbestos (3rd edition) and other relevant New Zealand health and safety legislation, standards and codes of practice; Ensure constant work on prevention of injury and ill health; Ensure the accurate and timely reporting and recording of all workplace incidents and unsafe conditions; Ensure reduction of hazards in the workplace; Ensure adequate training for employees, and compliance with WorkSafe regulations and requirements; Support and encourage employees consultation and participation in health and safety; Provide an opportunity for early return to work and rehabilitation for injured employees; Ensure health and safety objectives are set and reviewed every 6 months; Will promote a system of continuous improvement. As workers we will: Practice safe work methods; Report all incidents, near misses and accidents; Work on reduction of hazards; Cooperate in making our workplaces safe.

Quality, Health & Safety and Compliance Management System ACM Removals Ltd has developed this Quality, Health & Safety, and Compliance Management system to better satisfy the needs of its customers, to improve management of the company and to meet legislative requirements. CONTRACTOR / SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT - All contractors wishing to carry out work for ACMR are required to complete the Contractor Management Procedure which assists ACMR to select contractors that have adequate systems in place to perform their duties safely on site. HAZARD REGISTER - ACM Removals Limited has established a process for hazard identification, monitoring and control measures to be implemented to minimize, isolate or eliminate potential hazards. Hazard Register is regularly updated and reviewed. ACCIDENT/INCIDENT/NEAR MISS REGISTER - All accidents, incidents and near misses, whether they have caused injury or not, to any person that occur on the site, in the office or anywhere else while performing job related duties, are reported, HEALTH & SAFETY OBJECTIVES - ACM Removals Ltd as PCBU has developed a set of key SMART objectives based on previous knowledge and future development, that are consistent with our policies, and in compliance with legal and other requirements. TRAINING AND SUPERVISION - ACM Removals Ltd identifies what licenses and training the employee needs to do their work and makes sure to provide additional training when needed, so the employees are properly trained for the job they are doing, according to legislation. EMERGENCY PLANING AND PROCEDURES - ACMR Emergency Management Plan has been developed for our operations and it includes items relating to both the work sites and our office environment. Emergency planning and procedures on each individual site are outlined in the SSSP.

Site Specific Safety Plan, SSSP ACM Removals Ltd as a licensed asbestos removalist prepares a Site Specific Safety Plan for each site, that provides more detail into what is required to safely manage the risks of working with Asbestos on a project, specifically in the Job Task Analysis and Toolbox Meeting, and determines how Health and Safety will be managed on each individual site. It ensures that relevant site information is regularly updated and safety is monitored, keeping our work procedures compliant with NZ Health and Safety at Work Act (2015). After the work is done, filed in the SSSP Register in our Offices and uploaded to our online proprietary reporting system.

Licenses and Certificates CLASS A REMOVAL LICENSE ACM Removals Ltd has been approved under the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for a Class A Asbestos Removal License, number RA16060061. The removal of the following: Friable asbestos; Asbestos contaminated dust associated with the removal of friable asbestos or acm; More than 10m2 of non-friable asbestos or acm; Asbestos contaminated dust associated with removal of more than 10 m2 of non-friable asbestos or acm. CLASS B REMOVAL LICENSE ACM Removals Ltd has been approved under the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for a Class B Asbestos Removal License, number RB18030038. The removal of the following: More than 10m2 of non-friable asbestos or asbestos contaminated material; Asbestos contaminated dust associated with removal of more than 10 m2 of non-friable asbestos or asbestos contaminated material. OHSAS 18001:2007 Management systems of ACM Removals Ltd have been formally assessed by International Certifications and found to comply with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - Requirements. Scope of registration: Asbestos Removal SITE WISE ACM Removals Ltd has achieved SiteWise Green Status and a grade of 93% on the annual assessment. ACMR has demonstrated that we have quality health and safety systems in place. ACMR is listed as a green business in the SiteWise database. PREQUAL ACM Removals Ltd has been assessed for contractor pre-qualification in order to demonstrate to potential Clients that we understand our legal obligations under health and safety law and have systems in place to ensure we can work safely -protecting our own staff, our sub-contractors and the Client's staff.  

Personnel ACM Removals Ltd has a highly experienced professional staff capable of handling all types of asbestos removal, encapsulation, disposal and surveying projects. MANAGEMENT Our managers are experienced in all aspects of operations and management, with experience in Sales Management, Marketing, Promotions, Territorial Management, Client/Customer Relations and Business Development. SUPERVISORS Our supervisors are experienced in all aspects of asbestos removal, and are required to hold adequate certificates and training – Class A Supervision Unit Standard 29767, Class A Removalist Unit Standard 29766 and Class B Removalist Unit Standard 29765. They also have adequate certificates for First Aid and working on Heights. WORKERS Our workers are experienced in all aspects of asbestos removal, and are required to hold adequate certificates and training – Class A Removalist Unit Standard 29766 and/or Class B Removalist Unit Standard 29765. ASSESSORS Assessors that work with ACM Removals, providing Air Monitoring and Clearances, are required to hold adequate certificates - Conduct asbestos assessment associated with removal Unit Standard 29768.
