Mission statement “Our mission is to increase H&R Block’s current clientele base 10% by expanding our current tax preparation services to accommodate college students in the Benicia and Vallejo areas. It is our goal to guide them with their tax and financial needs throughout college and into their future careers, by establishing long-term relationships that will last a lifetime. Once the “College Block Program” proves successful, we foresee a national implementation of the program within the next 5 years.”
