SUNDAY 4th March 2018 Lent Soup Evening The churches together lent soup evening has been rescheduled to Thursday the 15th March. Free CAP Curry evening I work for Christians Against Poverty and we are having a free curry night on 24th March at 7.15pm at Aagrah Banqueting Restaurant, BD3 7AY to tell people about our work. It will be a great and very inspiring evening talking about the work that Christians Against Poverty do and a wonderful opportunity to hear from some of our clients. We will be asking people to support or increase their support of CAP's work on the night. Although I won’t be able to attend myself, If you are interested please do let me know. Fairtrade Event The Beehive (the only Fairtrade shop in Leeds) is holding its annual Fairtrade cafe as part of Fairtrade Fortnight. This will take place on Saturday 17th March at the Methodist Centre, Town Street, Chapel Allerton from 10.30am - 1.30pm. Delicious homemade cakes, teas and coffees will be served.
