AP Capstone AP Capstone has two courses in sequence AP Seminar is a pre-requisite for AP Research Goal of AP Capstone: to build independent and critical thinkers 

The AP Capstone Courses AP Seminar Interdisciplinary Studies (grade 10) AP Research Specialized in Sciences/STEM or Humanities (grade 11)

THE PATHWAY TO WRITING A RESEARCH QUESTION This is the most important part of this course!

AP Research Work Product Overview Research Logbook: Ongoing documentation of the Research process over the course of the year, Mentor communication and Reflection Research Paper (5000 words, due 4/11): In the traditional APA format: Introduction, Literature Review, Method, Analysis and Evaluation, Conclusion & Reflection, References Oral Defense (15-20 minutes, due 4/15): Students formally present and defend the research design, methods, approach and findings
