Curriculum Updates: 2 year KS3 French in Year 7 French and Spanish Year 8 GCSE choices made in Year 8 GCSE courses start at the beginning of Year 9 Students who did not achieve level 4 in English and/or Maths will receive extra support in Y7 and will not do French. They will take a language in Y8 and will be able to take this to GCSE if they wish.

Addicted to On-line Teenagers who spend more than 6 hours online - on a school day are more likely to feel remote, lonely and skip lessons. Major international survey has attributed overdosing online display lower emotional well-being and more behaviour issues. 296,000 young people (15 year olds) in 41 countries 1/5th of teenagers almost always wake in the night to use social media. 1/3rd wake at least once a week in the night to check post/messages ½ use Social media beyond 12 midnight
