Why are we here today? To gain knowledge on Kettlebells, which can be used whilst touring a prospect the Virgin Active Way To find out many different benefits of Kettlebells and how that relates to members goals. To experience using Kettlebells and to be able to explain the results and relate to members goals in simple terms To ask any questions you have on this new innovation.

What are the benefits of Kettlebells? What benefits do you already know?

Benefits of using Kettlebells Is transferable to traditional weight training and bodyweight exercises and is an excellent alternative to traditional weight lifting

Practical Experience Lets do it! A member of your fitness team will now take you through a fast class for 15 minutes! During this put yourself in a member’s shoes…. What can they expect to achieve when they use it? Lets do it!

Helping members achieve their goals Exercise In small groups try to describe how kettlebells will benefit the following goals:: Lose weight Get fit Injury rehab/reduce low back pain Sport specific fitness Get big/stronger You have 15 minutes Now partner up, person A will be the MC, person B will be a member with a goal from the above list. Take them on a tour and practice what you will say to them using your new knowledge. Then swap roles and repeat using the another goal.

And Finally…. Members can learn how to use Kettlebells by the following ways: Fast Classes – we will have a variety of different classes to offer giving members many opportunities to try different exercises and have some fun. This is the best way a member can learn Kettlebells Quick Start / Personal Training sessions Interaction with our Fitness Coaches on the gym floor
