The Pelion Estates includes a unique historical tower, four warehouses, 2 two-storey residences and two olive groves totaling 91,000 m2 with 1,300 olive trees, many of them ancient. The unique 17th century tower of Ano Lechonia is on four levels and was built to serve as the Russian Consulate by the Russian Ambassador in Greece. The tower was resided in permanently until 1981. The tower consists of a unique and rare traditional stone-built tower of 400 m2 inside nearly 6,000 m2 of land with an additional two-storey residence of 300 m2. Planning permission has been granted to build additional 555 m2 in the land.

The tower is the tallest building in the area and a landmark and point of reference for the locals. This is a location of outstanding natural beauty and enormous historical importance. The tower is furnished and has extraordinary views to the sea and mountains located 1 km from the Mediterranean Sea with a breathtaking sea view of the Pagasetic Gulf.

Seaside Olive Grove The one-of-a-kind Seaside Olive Grove is 50,000 m2 with 700 ancient olive trees with a lovely two-storey residence of 300 m2 and four warehouses of 150 m2. Farmed by the age-old traditional methods, combined with the most modern techniques, used in order to produce the finest extra virgin olive-oil made from the unique Pelion variety olives, grown in Pelion-s seaside groves. This is the largest plot of land in the wider area and the property is suitable for the creation of luxury villas, hotel/resort complex etc. The land is flat and has been meticulously cultivated

Mountainside Olive Groves The Mountainside Olive Groves total 35,000 m2 and have 600 trees producing edible and oil producing olives of the Pelion variety. There is no infrastructure at present and no planning permission currently available. Water available and spectacular view of the Pagaestic Gulf. There is potential for development. The Pelion Estates host 1,300 of the oldest and biggest Pelion Variety Ancient Olive Trees of the wider area on their 85,700 sq. meters of land. Around 300 trees are 100 years old, the other 1,000 trees are from 350 years old to 1,000 years old. There are 4 trees on the property that are dated 1,000 plus years old.

Location Located north-east of Ano Lechonia 10 km from the city of Volos in the mountain area of the road to Agios Vlasios. Located 500 m from the Pelion national road and 300 m from the Mediterranean Sea, with great views, and every day amenities within walking distance. Nearby are tavernas, supermarkets, restaurants, post office etc.
