Who’s in the wrong?

A customer in a restaurant drops his ice-cream on the floor A customer in a restaurant drops his ice-cream on the floor. The waiter doesn’t have time to clean it up because he is so busy. Another customer slips in the ice-cream and breaks his arm. Who’s to blame?

A boy suspects that his girlfriend is cheating on him so he takes her phone and reads her messages. It turns out that she is secretly seeing someone else. Who’s in the wrong?

A man leaves a roast chicken on the table in his house and goes to bed. When he wakes up in the morning the dog has eaten all of it. Who’s to blame?

A doctor who has been working for 24 hours without a break makes a mistake during an operation and the patient almost dies.
