Taster Sessions introduce ourselves presentation of library services interlaced with images from SCRAN website invitation to library event

Library Events – The Reality all events were successful 52 Silversurfers seen over the week at 4 locations looking at the images sparked lots of oral history reminiscence our surfers wanted to know how to do their family history

Library Events – The Reality if all these images are just on one website – what else can we find on the Internet? that’s really amazing! how did you do that? did you really print that calendar just now?

Library Events – Success Stories 2 people signed up for computer buddies on the day 1 couple left to start their family history 1 lady discovered a relative’s name on old playbills 1 lady went off to gather 5 friends from her sewing club and we will run another event for them

Library Events – Success stories all our Silversurfers were interested in more Internet events 1 gentleman was going home to frame his calendar - YES – THE CALENDARS WERE A GREAT SUCCESS!

Silversurfers and SCRAN – The Future further SCRAN events for Silversurfers actual events in the sheltered housing units oral history project? involve Silversurfers in compiling local albums for libraries
