We are very excited about the opportunity to host your tournament here. The Club At Sonterra features two 18-hole championship golf courses: North and South Course. Designed by Bruce Devlin & Robert von Hagge and built in 1985, the North Course has rolling hills as far as the eye can see with beautiful 419 Bermuda fairways, Champion Bermuda greens and beautiful waterfalls. The South Course appeals to the traditional golfer; a Press Maxwell design, built in 1954, among acres upon acres of large oak trees, with its Tif Dwarf greens and heavily tree lined Bermuda fairways. Our beautiful Clubhouse has a variety of rooms to accommodate groups of any size and offers the perfect spot for your awards reception and banquet. Our experienced culinary team will create a menu to suit your needs while our outing staff guides you through from the first drive to the last putt. We offer a number of food and beverage options, please keep in mind our flexibility to tailor a package to suit your needs in any capacity. We are available to answer any questions that you may have. Golf Outing Guidelines The Club at Sonterra would like to help make your golf tournament a success. Our standard for service is unparalleled and our professional staff is committed to personally assisting you with each and every aspect of your event. The Club At Sonterra is one of the top private clubs in the San Antonio area, and has been the site of many prestigious golf tournaments. Although a private club, our golf course is available on Mondays for outside golf outings from 60-300 players. Because we are a golf management company with 26 clubs all over the country, we are able to provide our tournaments with our CBIGG Replay card. That card adds double the value to your players as it gives them an additional round of golf for only a cart fee at any of our CBIGG clubs in their area. This is a great item to help boost golfer participation. Golf Outing Guidelines Deposit and Payment Information A deposit based on the total function estimate is due with the signed contract. Full payment of the tournament is due upon completion of the outing. Attire All players are expected to wear traditional golf attire. No denim jeans or cutoffs will be permitted. Collared shirts are required. Golf Shoes or sneakers only will be permitted. Reservation Policies • All Food and Beverage must be provided by The Club at Sonterra. • For groups less than 100 players, Sonterra may fill the additional spots with another group. • Sonterra must be notified of all menu selections at least (2) weeks prior to the outing date. • Pairings must be submitted 72 hours before the event. • The final guaranteed number of participants for Food & Beverage must be submitted no later than (7) business days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum number charged on the date of the outing.

Beverages on the Course Beverage Station (The Preferred Method to Serve your Guests Best) Stations may be set up on select holes throughout the golf course. A selection of beverages and snacks will be available on a consumption basis (see prices below). Charges will be applied to your final bill. Any alcoholic beverages require Sonterra staff to serve. The attendant fee is $100. For your convenience, we can also deliver a tent, 6’ table and 2 chairs to a hole for $75 plus tax. Beverage Cart We would be happy to arrange a beverage cart for your group. There are many options including cash sales, drink tickets and consumption basis. The first beverage cart is included in your tournament package. A $100.00 attendant fee will apply per driver after that. Please see catering to decide what is right for your group.
