Installations As Our Flagships Support an Expeditionary Force where Soldiers train, mobilize, and deploy to fight and are sustained as they reach back for support. Develop strategies to posture installations as deployment platforms with robust reach-back capabilities. Adjust installation support to meet the needs of an Army at war and transforming. Support well-being of all Soldiers and their families. Installation commanders play a significant role in posturing and preparing their installations as deployment platforms and optimize soldier and family well-being. In concert, USACE provides various tools and capabilities to help make installations our flagships.
