Physical Exam All athletes need to have a doctors physical done every 13 months to be cleared for participation Dates of Free Medical Exams by Dr. Colmer here at MMS are Sept. 13, November 1, February 14, and April 25. Please sign-up with the school Nurse.

User Fee There is a $50 user Fee for all DY Middle School Athletes, with $100 family max If you qualify for the State regulated Free/reduced Lunch program waivers are available, upon request, in writing, to the Athletic Director. Checks should be made out to Dennis Yarmouth Regional School District You cam also pay online through unipaygold

Schedule Cross Country Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Practice until 3:45, Wednesday Practice until 5pm Boy’s Soccer, Girl’s Soccer, and Field Hockey Practice until 5pm most days. Game Schedule will be given to Players and is also available online “MMS Athletics” http://www.dy-regional.k12.ma.us/mattacheese-middle-school/athletics Games start at 3:30pm

Transportation Travel is provided There are 5pm late buses everyday for after practice Students are able to ride these buses home or be picked up after practice If picking up child we ask that you make sure you are prompt as our coaches lives are valuable just as yours are Travel is provided to all away games and return to MMS. Students don’t usually make it home for the 5pm Athletic buses. Parents would need to pick up student athlete at MMS after team arrives back to school.
