Training Program in Leadership 13th to 14th November 2017 26++ The workshop covered the areas like Qualities and Skills of an Effective Leader, Leadership and Indian Educational Institutions and Understanding Basic Concepts of Leadership, Understanding the Nature of Educational Organizations, Shaping the Culture of an Organization, Leading a Learning Organization, The Ultimate Leadership Style for India and Leadership Excellence in Indian Educational Institutions.

Program During the Year Date Number of Participants Outcomes International Seminar on Humane Reflective Teacher 15th to 16th November 2017 110 The seminar analyzed a teacher’s profession by using different prospective such as gender, accountability, phenomenology etc., and concluded that humane reflective teacher is the need of the time, and therefore, educational efforts need to be oriented towards training teachers to become a humane reflective teacher.
