Dual Credit Enrollment Process How do I begin? WITH YOUR HS DUAL CREDIT COUNSELOR! Course selection forms TSIA test dates at your high school (March 2017) Review test scores & receive DC Enrollment packet Complete the online LSC application. Write down your Lone Star ID# and User Name/Password Meningitis Vaccination- Required for students taking a class on a LSC campus (enrolled at high school and online are EXEMPT) Parental Consent form (must be signed in person) Julie

Financials/ Payment Process What will the cost be for my dual credit coursework? For Dual Credit students, tuition is waived and students only pay fees and textbooks. On Klein ISD campus: $72(3 credit hrs) On LSC campus: $72+20 campus fee Online course: $72+ $ 45 ($15 per credit hour online fee) How will I make my payment? Students are encouraged to pay their fee online. Directions on how to pay online will be attached to the registration statement and can also be found on the Klein ISD dual credit website. Students may also visit the Bursar/Cashier Office at LSC – University Park and pay in person Beth

Disability Services and Accommodations All students (including dual credit students) enrolled in classes at Lone Star College who intend to request academic accommodations must register with their college Disability Services Office. All Dual Credit Students must complete the same quality of work as any college student, regardless of their disability. Course modifications will not be allowed, but individual accommodations, as appropriate, will be implemented just as they would in an on-site LSC course. Appropriate accommodations will be determined, based on disability and individual needs, through interactive meetings with the LSC Disability Service Provider. The Dual Credit instructor, even if employed by an Independent School District (ISD), is expected to follow the same requirements as any other Lone Star College faculty member.
