The Honors Program Greenville Technical College students are eligible to apply for acceptance into the Honors Program if they have a cumulative grade point average of 3.4 or higher and at least nine transferable credit hours.

PASS Sessions Completion of the online orientation and a Planning and Advising for Student Success (PASS) session is required before new students can register for classes. During your PASS session, you will meet with an advisor and/or program faculty to discuss a plan for your academic goals *Students cannot register for classes without completing orientation and attending PASS.
FAFSA FIRST! www.fafsa.gov In order to qualify for the 13th Year Scholarship or SC Lottery Tuition Assistance, you must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) The first “F” in FAFSA is FREE Never trust a site that asks you to pay! www.fafsa.gov

Financial Aid & Scholarships 13th Year Scholarship *ALL Charter graduates attending GTC must complete the 13th Year Scholarship form (included in your packet) (see next slide for example)
Financial Aid & Scholarships LIFE Scholarship *If you are awarded LIFE Scholarship, you must sign and return the LIFE affidavit that is mailed to you by the GTC Financial Aid department. (see next slide for example)
Disability Support Services If you already have a file, go get your “accommodation form” the 1st week of classes Call 250-8202 or email Janna Barnes at Janna.Barnes@gvltec.edu or drop by the office located on the Barton Campus in the Student Center Building: SC/105 Room 113. Walk in times are Monday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Office hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Intakes available at all campuses and locations.
