Presentation transcript:

Your Source for Quality Passive Components Slide #1 Narrative: “CDE offers a wide variety of capacitors from surface mount to through hole to large can aluminum electrolytics. The exceptional growth of the electronics industry is due to the technical advances that surround us: Computers: whether they be mainframe, PC, notebook, servers or imbedded. Peripheral equipment: printers, modems, copiers, scanners fax, etc. Communication equipment: telephone, cellular, wireless, high speed internet access, etc. These advances have had a tremendous effect on capacitor designs, requiring superior features such as: Aluminum oxide improvements Electrolytes Higher density materials Smaller package size Higher CV ratings Guaranteed operating temperatures Heat transfer techniques Today’s product challenges consist of that which are “given” (i.e.,service and delivery) but also expectations are higher: they must last longer store more energy, provide higher temperature capability. Cornell Dubilier products are used extensively in Power Conversion Applications and the basic aspects of these power conversion circuits involve ECONOMY and SYSTEM TOPOGRAPHY.”
