Profile of candidates age : About 25 to 35 years University or equivalent degree relevant professional experience in a public administration or private company of at least 2 years ability to work and negotiate in German and French basic knowledge of the European Union structures and its working procedures selection of participants based on application documents, interview
Curriculum Design
Main Features of the Programme “Comparative approach”: Practical combination of academic modules and practical stages: In a 3-month practical stage participants gain practical experience through active participation and cooperation Academic modules enable participants to act adequately at international level Use of specific pedagogical methods (presentations, case studies, group work, role play, simulations etc.)

Dates and costs of the programme Two pilot-courses in an introductory phase: Pilot-course: 3 October 2005 – 15 October 2006 Pilot-course: 2 October 2006 – 12 October 2007 Course fee: 10.000 € (only) Possibilities of grants for participants of new EU-member-countries – if necessary – to be checked regarding the individual situation. Application for 2. pilot-course with CV and questionnaire until 31 May 2006 to Berlin or Paris
