Who Are We Coastal Hampton Roads was founded in 2004 as Hampton Roads Juniors. In October, 2015, Hampton Roads Juniors merged with Coastal Volleyball Club beginning with the 2017 season to become Coastal Hampton Roads Volleyball Club (“CHRVC”). During the 2005-06 season, Hampton Roads Juniors fielded one 17 & under team. Since then, the club has more than tripled in size. Coastal Hampton Roads has seen tournament success during its brief existence, and we look forward to continued success in the future. All club coaches receive USA Volleyball Coaches Training and are certified through the Old Dominion Region of USA Volleyball and through AAU Sports. CHRVC is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing young volleyball enthusiasts an opportunity to improve their skills and develop as players. We welcome athletes of all skill levels. CHRVC promotes interest in the sport of volleyball, provides training in the skills and techniques of volleyball, and fosters teamwork and sportsmanship. We are a developmental volleyball program for players aged 12-18. The club draws players from the Peninsula, Middle Peninsula, and Southside. CHRVC teams compete from January through May in tournaments sanctioned by USA Volleyball and AAU Volleyball (National teams will compete until mid-June).

CHRVC TRYOUTS Girls tryouts will be held at Peninsula Catholic on July 28 and 29th. Players MUST attend both days Tryout registration forms can be found on our website: www.hamptonroadsjrs.com Financial aid applications will be available, if needed.
