eBenefits What is eBenefits Online Access to your Benefits All benefit eligible employees must register on eBenefits through etiwanda.org Instructions are included in your packet
Payroll & Benefits Scroll down to the bottom of the Payroll & Benefits page. In the eBenefits section click on “Click here to enroll in or change benefits”
eBenefits In the center of the page click “Register Now”. This will take you thru the process of selecting your medical, dental, vision, and group life insurance.

New Hire Documents New Hire documents can be found on the district’s payroll & benefits webpage in the eBenefits section under “Welcome New Hires!”
New Hire Documents Complete, sign, & return to payroll Designation of Beneficiary for ESD W-4 Tax Form EFT – Direct Deposit (optional) DNP – Deferred Net Pay Documentation of Proof For Medical Waiver (only if you choose “Opt Out” for medical) 403 (b) Notification
Group Life Insurance Basic Life and AD&D provided by ESD Eligibility All active employee’s working 20+ hours per week Coverage Amount $50,000 Plan details can be found in your New Hire Benefit Packet
Supplemental Insurance Voluntary Life and AD&D Eligible employees may apply for more coverage thru the Supplemental Group Term Life Insurance Program For eligible employees and eligible family members Personal Accident Insurance Supplemental coverages are paid 100% by the employee Plan details and instructions can be found in your New Hire Benefit Packet
