Library Membership Membership @ free for current teachers’ & students’ of SEAMEO RETRAC For current students of SEAMEO RETRAC, student cards can be used in lieu of a library card For others, a half yearly membership fee of VND 50,000/ 100,000 is required for students and others respectively.
