What it means to be endangered? A population of organisms that are at risk of becoming extinct, due to a decrease in numbers

Contributing Factors Decrease in prey Increase in predators Natural Human Decrease in prey Increase in predators Natural disasters Drought Pollution caused by humans Deforestation Increase in predators (hunting)

If numbers continue to decrease How will this end? If numbers continue to decrease Extinction Extinction often results in a collapse of the food chain/ecosystem unless the extinct animal was from the top of the chain.
