1. STRUCTURE

Tip #1 Be Consistent

Tip #2 Give programs equal/more weight with books for prizes.

Tip #3 Some programs should be BIG but they don’t all have to be.

Tip #4 Sometimes teens want SPACE, not guided programs.

Tip #5 Schedule “educational” programs immediately after “fun” programs (and have them be worth more points).

Tip #6 Consider spreading money over more prizes rather than one big one.

Tip #7 Marketing: School Visits Morning Announcements Flyers Instagram

Tip #8 You CAN feed your teens but you don’t have to.

Tip #9 Remind younger teens that you award volunteer spots to people you know over people you don’t.
