Use Design Themes to Change the Look Apply a Theme On the Design Ribbon, Themes Group, click the drop-down arrow in the Themes gallery and explore the design choices Explore the Variants: Colors, Fonts, Effects, and Backgrounds

Switch to Outline View Switch to Outline View On the View Ribbon, Presentation Views Group, click the Outline View Button Experiment with adding text from the outline pane
