ETHICAL SOURCING & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ALL OF OUR FACTORIES ARE SOCIALLY COMPLIANT AND FULLY TRANSPARENT. We work with global inspection, testing and auditing companies such as, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS, Elevate, UL and others to ensure our suppliers are held to the highest standards. ALL of our factories are transparent and our clients are always welcome to visit. Below are the types of audits that are conducted at our factories: Social Audits These are the most common and are sometimes also called social and ethical audits, ethical audits or social accountability audits. This type of factory audit refers to monitoring the supply chain to verify requirements for ethical labor practices and safe working conditions. Quality Audits A second common type of factory audit is a quality system audit. A quality audit is used to understand if the supplier is producing products in a way that will ensure quality and on-time delivery. There are several regulations and standards for quality system audits, such as ISO 9000 and AQL levels (usually 2.5 for apparel). Security Audits (international only) Security audits are the least common among these three types of factory audits. Certain retailers and brands require this audit in order to remain compliant with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) regulations in the U.S. 7
