Making Sausage Rolls By Ruby

Ingredients 2 packets of 500g sausage meat 2 eggs 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs - approximately Pepper and salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce - approximately 1/2 cup chopped parsley (Optional) Flakey pastry

Making Sausage rolls

Mix altogether in a bowl. 

Use 6 sheets of puff pastry Use 6 sheets of puff pastry.  Mark each sheet into 4 with a sharp knife, and put equal quantities of sausage mixture on each quarter. 

Roll up each quarter and close with milk to seal each roll Roll up each quarter and close with milk to seal each roll.  Cut each roll in half again and brush milk over the top. 

Place on baking paper on an oven tray Place on baking paper on an oven tray.  Prick each roll twice with a fork. 

Cook in a hot oven, 200-250 degrees C for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.  Makes 48 beautiful sausage rolls
