By: Jacob Merry Attention Seniors: Zane State and Ohio University-Zanesville will be hosting a College Day on Friday, Oct. 13 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Representatives from more than 55 colleges, universities and the military will be attending. We will be taking a bus to the event. If you are a senior and would like to attend, stop in Student Services to sign up by Friday, Oct. 6. We will take the first 40 students to sign up.

TVHS Boys Cross Country Team The TVHS boys cross country team defeated 26 teams to win the Meadowbrook Invitational with 59 points on Saturday. The dawgs were lead by 1st Caden Sauerbrey, 2nd Ryan Meadows, 12th Brayden Better, 19th Evan Kirkland Emig, 30th Andrew Rutherford, and 36th cameron Graham, in the 200 runner field. The dawgs are 68-21 on the season.

TVHS Girls Cross Country Team Girls Cross Country won over 24 teams for the Meadowbrook Invitational with 57 points on Saturday. The dawgs were led by Riley Moore at 4th, Audrey Spiker at 9th, Madison Murphy at 12th, Hainsley Hatfield at 13th, Ellie Kidwell at 19th, Starley Jacobs at 31st, Savanna Morgan at 34th, in the 170 runner field. The lady dawgs are 54-26 on the season.

Marching Scotties Congratulations to the Tri-Valley Marching Scotties. The band competed in the Ohio Music Education Association sanctioned event this past Saturday at Cambridge High School. The band received 1st place in Percussion and Auxiliary. The Auxiliary was 2nd in the overall contest and the band placed 3rd overall out of 9 bands. Created by Zach Martin
