CUSTOMER SEGMENT Our services are suitable for customers of all age groups. According to our research, over 5.5 million people aged between 10 and 60 or above use electronics daily, with a staggering 2 in 5 elderly people using electronics as of 2016.

VALUE PROPOSITION (SELLING POINTS) Our selling point are our high quality products at a reasonable price. Our exceptional customer services. Our need to make every customer 100% satisfied.

CHANNEL (HOW TO DO OUR BUSINESS) We chose a small shop in Sai Ying Pun the rent is $52,910 per month the shop includes a basement it’s suitable for the electronics supplies and the transportation is convenient.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP A free gift and member discount will be given to each customer who is successful in signing up for our membership.

COST STRUCTURE Our employees are paid a minimum wage of $40 per hour and are required to work morning or afternoon shifts. Each shift has 3 employees working at a time to guarantee our customers receive the best quality service.
