Usage of Industry’s Cutting Edge Technology Instant Upgrades that are Transparent to User Reduce Response Time on RFI’s, Submittals, etc. Enhance Project Communication Real Time Status Management and Data Retrieval Better Visibility of Projects 11/11/2018

Why does ASP make sense for Contractors? Better visibility of projects to contractor senior management. Reduced response time on RFI’s, submittals, correspondence etc. Real time collaboration and problem solving w/NAVFAC personnel, clients, designers etc. Reduced administration expenses (RFI and submittal logs, issue tracking, status inquires, etc.) Better oversight of subcontractor issues and performance Real Time status management and data retrieval 11/11/2018

What Is In It & What Does It Do? Standard NAVFAC forms are on line for contractor to submit electronically. ROICC processes that require a form to be routed around to various project members have a workflow. Document tracking and automated logs. Electronic Project Documentation and Filing. Auto Date/Time Stamping of Actions. No Data Duplication, uses Replication. WebCM Task Manager and Auto Alert System can send notice to MS-Outlook. 11/11/2018

Sample Workflow All Submittals go through the AROICC and return to the contractor. A “classic” review cycle. 11/11/2018

WebCM How to get started: Training Internet accessible computer with Internet Explorer Register with Prime Contract CD Based Training Available WebCM Manual for Contractors (on-line) Contractor Quick Start Guide Training Available as needed NAVFAC Washington – FREE! Primavera – $100 per class Manuals & Registration Instructions - NAVFAC Washington website To request training or ask any WebCM related questions, contact: Tom Morton – (202) 685-3186 – Thomas.Morton@navy.mil Ayana Armstrong – (202) 685-3192 – Ayana.Armstrong@navy.mil Please let them know that the WebCM they see today will not be the same next year. This is a continually evolving process. If they see any problems and/or suggestions that they think will help the system be more efficient, please feel free to forward that information to me and I will send it to LANTDIV. Many items are in the works. Deployment Plan – review the plan and give an idea of the time frame. Contractor Training – 4 hours at most. 1 rep from each ROICC should attend. Mid – late June. Double entry – A lot of the information on the Contract Contact form can be found in FIS. They are working on a way to automatically populate that page with FIS data when the project is created. Project summary page – They are working on the project summary page that will show pertinent info without running a report. You will also be able to run reports on multiple projects within the ROICC offices. Future Training – CECOS class References WebCM Training CD – every office should have one. John distributed them when he conducted his training. On-line manuals – go to “NAVFAC Enterprise Folder” via any project, then click LANTDIV > WebCM Training Materials for a complete list of references. These files are the current versions of the John’s CD. WebCM.org – SWDIVs training manuals. Some subjects are better explained here. Although their methods are not exactly the same as LANTDIVs, they are very similar and it is a good manual to cross-reference. And of course they can call or email me anytime. 11/11/2018
