Amtech markets SOLAR SEMICONDUCTORS LED Same machine with different processes can be used in different markets, to divide in 3 main categories. Until 2004, Semiconductor was the main market for Tempress After 2004, Solar became most important. MEMS is a niche market with about 10% of turnover.
