Making use of the Clearinghouse is a high priority and we are here to help you succeed. So, with that in mind, let’s get started. Click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the AHCA Portal – Login page. Input your User ID and click “Next” Click on the Forgot your Password on the login page of the AHCA portal Enter your user ID and click next
Do not close this window Answer the security question and select “Next”. If you do not remember the answer to your security question, you will have to create a new account. There is no way to reset the security question. After the security question is correctly answered, a confirmation page will display informing you that an email has been sent to your email address on file in the Clearinghouse from noreply@ahca.myflorida.com. Do not close the current window. Closing this window will require you to start the process over again. Answer the security question and select “Next”. Open the email from noreply@ahca. myflorida Open the email from noreply@ahca.myflorida.com with the subject SSO – Verification Code for Password Reset. Copy the Verification Code from the email and paste it in the Verification Code field in the AHCA Portal and select “Next”. If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, check your Spam or junk folder. Open the email from noreply@ahca.myflorida.com with the subject SSO – Verification Code for Password Reset. Copy the Verification Code from the email and paste it in the Verification Code field in the AHCA Portal and select “Next”. Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your SPAM folders.
After entering a new password, select Change Password. Once the Verification Code is validated, you will be prompted to create a new password based upon password requirements. After entering a new password, select Change Password. When your new password meets all requirements, your informed that your password was successfully changed.
