Survey Analysis Survey target: KU female students who live on their own in London Survey method: SurveyMonkey(online) Number of respondents: 11 73% of respondents have lived in London in under 1 year 82% of respondents are international students 55% responded that they feel the need to join the connection group which consists of women who live on their on in London 45% responded that they are not sure to join into offline meeting of platform 55% responded that they do not have someone who support&help them in London The most expected benefit of the platform was “feeling connected”. The responses that helping each other and sharing knowhow to live on their own were next

Survey Analysis Q. Uncomfortable things in living alone: No.1 Loneliness (answers of respondents) lonely nights, depression, drinking alcohol alone, no boundaries, lack of motivation Not having many people to talk, feeling lonely, missing my family No.2 Housework buying groceries, cooking just for myself, doing laundry, cleaning the whole house myself

Survey Analysis Q. Dangerous things in living alone: No.1 Safety (answers of respondents) no one is there to make sure I get home safe every night, nobody at home in case of an accident, going to home at night No.2 Mental health depression, extreme expression can lead to suicide when you are alone and no one would even know

Conclusion of Survey All of respondents answered that they felt the loneliness or isolation while living on their own This survey result shows the high correlation between living alone and feeling lonely It could be the proof of necessity of the platform for women who live on their own
