Cafeteria Expectations Groveport Middle School North

Getting to the Cafeteria Teachers will escort students to the cafeteria

Assigned Tables Students will sit at assigned tables

Lunch Line and Expectations Students will be dismissed to lunch line by a teacher on duty Students need to be ready to make lunch choice Students need to have their Student ID number ready

Line Expectations Students need to stand near wall until entering lunch line No more than 6 students in the food area at a time Be polite and respectful to the adults serving lunch

Stay Seated To ensure student safety, ALL students must: Raise hand for restroom passes Raise hand to leave table for any purpose

C.I.A – Caught in the Act Students will be asked to volunteer to: Wipe Tables Sweep under Table Students who volunteer will receive a C.I.A ticket. C.I.A. tickets – bi-monthly drawing for gift card

Games and Intramurals Students may engage in the following activities during lunch: Organized Intramurals – select tables each day based on meeting expectations Penny Pool Cards Other games

End of Lunch 1st Wave: Teachers will escort students back to Academic area 2nd Wave: Teachers-on-duty will dismiss students to designated location
