Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management.

Preventative methods: Time management Creating steps, a list, using a calendar, goal setting, prioritizing Getting organized List thoughts, concerns, using a calendar/planning, DECIDE, to-do lists, prioritizing Using your support system talking to a therapist, guidance counselor, or person experienced with situation Remove the stressor from your life (if possible) Regular exercise – something active every day Eat a healthy well-balanced diet daily
